    Eagles sign S Nate Allen (AP)



    The Philadelphia Eagles have signed safety Nate Allen, their second-round draft pick, to a four-year contract. That leaves first-round pick Brandon Graham as the Eagles' only unsigned draft pick. Allen is expected to report to camp Wednesday. The second-round pick out of South Florida will compete for the starting spot at free safety.
