LMAO. Hates the team he is on and now is out of shape. So much for that solid D line.

Wasn't he and his agent boasting that he lost about 30 lbs? I guess he figures losing weight automatically means he's in good shape.
How do you lose 30 lbs and end up in worse shape. Holy fuck what a waste of a player. Love that the Skins paid him 100million
Riley Cote commented on his new three-year, $1.65-million contract.
I love Philly. I love the area, I love the organization, and I love everything about playing here, Cote said. It was almost like I was born to be a Flyer. I've been here for four years now, and I'm happy I'll be here for at least another three.
Shanahan made him run 3 100 yard sprints. He was winded after the first one, had to have an i.v. after the second one, and refused (or was physically unable) to do the third one.
Do you really expect a man the size of Haynseworth to be able to run 3 100 yard sprints in one practice? Furthermore, why the hell would you want to make him do it?
I hate Haynesworth, but I agree with him on this battle with the Skins. If he and management had an agreement that he would not have to play a certain defensive scheme and then they switch to that exact scheme in the second year of his contract, then he should be pissed.
I wouldn't doubt it there were other reason he was holding out, but for the reason above I can support him.
I've this creeping suspicion that things here are not as they seem.
A defensive lineman does not need to run 100 yard sprints. He needs to run 5-10 yard sprints multiple times over as that's all he'll be required to run during the season.
In this regard, Shanahan is being an ass.
The proof is in the doll/pudding.
Shanahan is showing him who the boss is. Laying down the law, you want to take our money and then boycott training camp? Run some sprints till ya puke bitch.
I can honestly understand both view points in this battle. I am interested to see how it turns out. Shanahan was talking hard in the media yesterday about not playing him if he does get into the shape that he expects from him.

This is the kind of reasoning I used to quit high school football.
Haynesworth is a spoiled cunt (kind of like high school football players from the burbs are), and Shanahan is disciplining him.
If Albert Haynesworth wasn't such a shitbird, he wouldn't be running 100 yard sprints in the first place.

I don't feel bad at all for Haynesworthless.
He went to a completely dysfunctional team with a lame duck coach because they threw him the most money. He wanted the big payday, now deal with the fallout you fat worthless fuck.
